RESERVATION MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Font del Llop Golf Resort, we work to provide the best experience for both our members and our visitors.
To ensure efficient management of bookings and course availability, we kindly ask you to consider the following terms and conditions in case of modification or cancellation of your booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Terms and Conditions of Booking and Cancellation/Modification Policies Font del Llop Golf Resort offers its products and services under the General Terms and Conditions of Booking and the Cancellation and/or Modification Policies outlined below (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).
If for any reason you do not understand any part of the Terms and Conditions, please contact us before making a booking.
Once you have made and paid for a booking, it is understood that you have accepted the Terms and Conditions for all legal purposes. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, whether by browsing the website, checking the acceptance box in a web registration, or accepting a purchase order, you are accepting the full content of the Terms and Conditions. The booking cannot contradict what is outlined in them. If you do not agree, we kindly ask that you contact us before making the booking.
The Terms and Conditions may be modified (updated) at any time without prior notice. The modified (updated) versions of the Terms and Conditions will apply immediately. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions while you are interested in acquiring the products and services offered at Font del Llop Golf Resort.
Continuing to acquire these products and services implies acceptance of the modifications (updates) introduced in the Terms and Conditions. However, these modifications (updates) will not affect confirmed bookings, which will be governed by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the booking was confirmed.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

The information provided by the customer will be transmitted through a secure connection, so Font del Llop Golf Resort guarantees the necessary confidentiality. The information provided will only be used for the execution of the booking and payment of the product or service. The customer is responsible for the truthfulness and authenticity of the information and must carefully review and confirm the content of the information.
The prices of products or services are presented in the amounts and currency expressly mentioned. Refunds will be made in the same amounts and currency in accordance with the Cancellation and/or Modification Policies.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS

Any questions, suggestions, or complaints regarding products and services will be addressed via info@fdlgolf.es or by calling (+34) 966126767.
Limitation of Liability: Font del Llop Golf Resort limits its liability in aspects that correspond to third parties marketing its products and services, according to the current contracts.
Right of Refusal: Font del Llop Golf Resort reserves the right of admission.

BOOKING PROCESS

The user-customer making the booking and paying the total amount of the order does so on behalf of and with the consent of all the people for whom the booking is made. Before paying, you should confirm the details of all the bookings included in your order.
Once the details of your bookings are confirmed and payment has been correctly processed, you will be subject to the Cancellation and/or Modification Policies.
Payment for the services purchased will be made at the time of the booking by credit card.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made with a minimum notice of 72 hours for groups of up to 8 players, and a minimum of 7 days for groups of 9 or more players. Cancellations can be made in two different ways:

· By sending an email to info@fdlgolf.es.
In the message, you must provide the name and the booking reference number.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice and NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the booking.
The Cancellation Policies will apply to each individual booking within the order, according to the type of service booked. A “No Show” is defined as any players who do not show up at the club on time for their scheduled tee time or do not comply with the Cancellation and/or Modification Policies.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE BOOKING

To request a modification of the booked service, you will have two options:

A modification to the booking is considered:
· Reduction in the number of players.
· Increase in the number of players, subject to course availability.
· Change of date or tee time, subject to course availability.
A reduction in the number of players within the order will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the Cancellation Policy in this document.
A change of date or tee time, once approved by the course, that increases the total amount of the order will be notified to the customer so that they can pay the difference for the modified order. The modification will be effective once payment is made. If a decrease in the total amount of the order occurs, the corresponding refund will be made

REFUND POLICY

100% refund of the paid amount:
· Bookings for 1 to 8 players: cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance.
· Bookings for 9 or more players: cancellations made at least 7 days in advance.
Once this period has passed, no refunds will be made, and it will not be possible to move the booking to another date.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds, when applicable, will be made through the same payment method used for the booking.
In the case of payment by card, the refund will be processed directly to the same registered card through our secure payment gateway.

CLUB INTERNAL REGULATIONS

Handicap limit: 30.0 for men and 34.5 for women.
Font del Llop Golf Resort reserves the right to group players into 4-player groups at its discretion, so smaller groups may be combined at any point during the round.
Font del Llop Golf Resort reserves the right to expel any customer who receives two or more warnings from the Marshall or any employee of the Club for violating the club’s behavior rules, without any refund of previously paid services.
Make sure you are familiar with the Club’s Internal Regulations before starting play.

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS

There will be no refund if you start playing and then abandon the game.
Cancellations and refunds on rainy days require confirmation from the Management that the conditions are too rainy or dangerous to play. Font del Llop Golf Resort decides when the golf course will be closed and when tee time changes/rentals will be accepted.
Any compensation for not being able to play a full 18 or 9 holes must be discussed with Management.
If you encounter any issues, contact the golf course staff. We will do our best to assist you in the case of adverse weather conditions.

CLOSED COURSE

The main reasons for closing the facilities are:
· Continuous rain: When the greens are “flooded.” Lightning storm: When there is imminent danger.
· Wind: When the ball moves on the green.
The conditions listed below will apply only when the course management decides to close the course due to safety concerns for players or unplayable conditions:
· If you have not started playing, we will offer you a new tee time.
· If the course closes while playing between holes 1 and 9, you will be given a voucher for 18 holes, valid for a maximum period of 6 months.
· If the course closes while playing between holes 10 and 14, you will be given a voucher for 9 holes, valid for a maximum period of 6 months.
· If you abandon the game after hole 14, the round will be considered finished.
